Hi Everyone:

Wow, I’ve been thinking of ways to be good to myself since the flu hit me..

I’ve come up with 5 most crucial things I must do.

1.Take Vitamins regurlary

2.Take 1 hour to meditate a week

3.Spend 1 evening a week playing board game with my DD

4.Take a 30 mte walk a week

5.Create a mini album of my goals

This mini abum from Karen will be perfect to create a to do list.
